California Congressional Election 2022 Political Courage Test

Pro-life Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
I am strong supporter of Pro-life as a I strongly believe that life begins right at conception.
No In order to balance the budget, do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket?
Yes Do you support expanding federal funding to support entitlement programs such as Social Security and Medicare?
I support expanding federal funding to support programs that benefit hard working American citizens after they retire. Every single American citizen that works hard throughout their life and they do contribute through taxes towards their retirement and medicare, deserves to retire and know that they are covered when they retire.
Yes Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
I support the regulations because it keeps the campaigns honest and fair.
Yes Do you support the protection of government officials, including law enforcement officers, from personal liability in civil lawsuits concerning alleged misconduct?
Everyone needs to be protected from any alleged misconduct. This means that an individual needs to be protected until proved guilty.
Yes Do you support increasing defense spending?
I support increasing funding when it comes to defending our borders and keeping our country safe from unlawful entry and invasion by foreign countries.
Yes Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support lowering corporate taxes as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support providing financial relief to businesses AND/OR corporations negatively impacted by the state of national emergency for COVID-19?
I will emphasize on providing these reliefs mainly for small businesses that have been heavily impacted by the national emergency for Covid-19.
No Do you support requiring states to adopt federal education standards?
States should be able to control their own educational curriculum. I do not support the CRT and social gender studies that the federal government is pushing on our children.
Yes Do you support government funding for the development of renewable energy (e.g. solar, wind, geo-thermal)?
No Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
I don't support the federal regulations of greenhouse gas emissions in its current state. I believe greenhouse gas emissions can be curbed as long as the regulations are fair and do not hurt small business owners, businesses such as the trucking industry and oil companies.
No Do you generally support gun-control legislation?
I am and have been a 2nd amendment advocate and fully support for the U.S. Citizens to be able to bear arms to protect themselves and their families. I do support and suggest that we have better gun control legislature for criminals who illegally obtain firearms that are not serialized.
Yes Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare")?
No Do you support requiring businesses to provide paid medical leave during public health crises, such as COVID-19?
How can businesses survive and yet be able to afford to pay for medical leave when they are suffering themselves by the negative impact that COVID-19 has caused on businesses. Specially, small businesses that will go right out of business while big corporations are able to easily afford paying for such coverage.
Yes Do you support the construction of a wall along the Mexican border?
Yes Do you support requiring immigrants who are unlawfully present to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
No individual should be allowed to enter the U.S. without any legal documents! Simple as that!
Yes Should the United States use military force to prevent governments hostile to the U.S. from possessing a weapon of mass destruction (for example: nuclear, biological, chemical)?
Yes Do you support reducing military intervention in Middle East conflicts?
The United States military forces should be more focused on protecting our own national border, especially our Southern borders. This would greatly reduce the amount of hardcore illegal drugs coming into United States.
No Do you generally support removing barriers to international trade (for example: tariffs, quotas, etc.)?
By removing the barriers to international trade, it will be unfair to the American taxpayer. Countries, including United States need to pay their fair share.
My top 3 priorities will be focused on protecting our borders from unhindered illegal drug trafficking; the rise of crime & homelessness which is directly related to open borders and illegal drugs coming into our country: saving the parental rights from government overreach. I have a plan to create a program called Foster a Family, which will be funded by the federal government. Instead of funding international homeless programs, we will direct the funding to our own country and help our own citizens. Churches & other non-profit/profit organizations to come together to resolve the real pandemic, which is homelessness.
